We will begin the rolling reboots from 9am GMT on Monday the 15th of January (average 3am in USA).
We will reboot each host in turn so your VM will go offline between 9am and 12pm GMT, it's downtime should be only 15-30 minutes regardless of the time in which the reboot is initialized.
You do not need to do anything, following the work we will boot all VMs in sequence, if you have any issues following the reboot, please simply get in touch as usual.
This wave will include Buffalo, Chicago, Dallas 1 and 2, Los Angeles and Toronto, if you have services there you will receive a ticket informing you of the planned works.Following the reboot, it would also be advisable for customers to update their virtual machine's to secure them too, if you are unsure how please contact our support team who will be happy to assist!
