ssue has been resolved, Equinix DC experienced a circuit breaker fault that caused a datacenter-wide power loss, we will be working with the DC to create a root cause analysis and report back to all affected users with a concise RFO.
A power trip in the datacenter has caused the partial outage, we're working as fast as we can to rectify the issue
We are currently investigating reports of connectivity issues at our Singapore Datacenter, we are liaising with DC staff to get the issue resolved as soon as possible, please standby for updates.
