If you forgot your Cloudean account password, you can reset it.
- Go to our Reset Password page.
- Enter your account’s Email Address.
- If the email address you entered matched an existing account, please check your email for instructions on what to do next. In a few minutes, you’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- Complete the Security Question challenge, and then click Submit. If the answer to the security question on file is the correct one, on the next page, you’ll be able to set a new password.
- That’s it, your new password has now been reset.
