If you need to transfer your domain, you’ll find you need the EPP Code. Obtaining the code from your Client area is very easy.
This Knowledge Base article will show you how to get your domain’s EPP Code from your client area.
In order to request the EPP Code for the domain, you must have a domain registered through cloudean. If your domain is not registered with cloudean, you will not have any domains listed in your Client Area.
How to Get Your Domain’s EPP Code in the Client Area
Step 1: Open the cloudean Client Area by clicking here then log in.
Step 2: Once you are logged in, click the Domains tab at the top of your Dashboard.
Step 3: A list of your domains will appear. Select domain for which you need to request the EPP Code.
Step 4: The Domain Management panel will open. From here, look for the Manage area on the right side and click “Get EPP Code“.
Step 5: The EPP Code will be emailed to registered email ID.
Now you can use this to transfer your domain.
